We use an evidence-based purchasing system to complete the transaction. As a client, you will have access to more stock, including off-market, pre-market, on-market and post-market. It is this access to off-market deals and pre-market deals that beat typical buyers in the purchasing process. Our existing real estate agent relationships prove the difference in accessing more stock than the general public. We also deal directly with owners privately. Door knocking or sending a private letter to find a client's brief is inclusive of our service.
